The 2026 Bartlett Bash is at the Treefrort Music Hall in downtown Boise at 722 W Broad St, Boise, ID 83702.
Please make sure you have RSVP in by November 1, 2025!
Plus ones are welcome and must RSVP with their full name and meal preferences.
As much as we love your kiddos, this event is for adults only!
When you RSVP you will be able to choose your meal options. Please fill out the prominent guests and the plus one’s meal preferences.
Bartlett will be covering all meal costs, unlimited nonalcoholic beverages, two alcoholic beverages per guest, and travel accommodations based on tenure (please visit the “Travel Accommodations” page for more information).
If you plan on consuming more than 2 alcoholic beverages, we recommend you bring a form of payment!
Agents, the dress code is formal flair. Sharp suits, elegant dresses, and just enough glamour to make 007 proud.
If you’re staying at a downtown hotel, we recommend checking the walking distance. This venue is centrally located, with many hotels just a 1-5 minute walk away!
If you’re not using hotel accommodations, the closest parking option is the Capitol Blvd garage, located just a short 1-minute walk away at 445 S Capitol Blvd, Boise, ID 83702.
Employees are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel arrangements.
Bartlett will be providing a travel credit for employees who live outside of the Boise Market who have been with the company for 6+ months.
Employees will pay for costs associated with travel upfront but can utilize the “Submit an Expense Here” form in ADP to request reimbursement for this travel credit.
