The 2024 Bartlett Bash is in the Pioneer Room at the JUMP Building (Jack’s Urban Meeting Place) at 1000 W Myrtle Street Boise, ID 83702. The Pioneer Room is on the 6th floor of the JUMP Building.
Please make sure you have RSVP in by December 29th, 2023!
Plus ones are welcome and must RSVP with their full name and meal preferences.
As much as we love your kiddos, this event is for adults only!
When you RSVP you will be able to choose your meal options. Please fill out the prominent guests and the plus one’s meal preferences.
Bartlett will be covering all meal costs, unlimited nonalcoholic beverages, two alcoholic beverages per guest, and travel accommodations based on tenure (please visit the Travel Accommodations page for more information).
This event is formal attire, so bust out those powder blue suits and meet us on the dance floor!
The facility’s parking garage is paid public parking on levels 3 & 4.
There are (2) ADA spaces on level 1, and (3) on levels 3 & 4, all accessible for guests.
Employees are responsible for booking their own travel and hotel arrangements.
Bartlett will be providing a travel credit for employees who live outside of the Boise Market who have been with the company for 6+ months.
Employees who have been with Bartlett for 6 or more months will receive a $100 travel credit.
Employees who have been with Bartlett for 1+ years will receive a $300 credit.
Employees will pay for costs associated with travel upfront but can utilize the “Expense” portal in Paylocity to request reimbursement for this travel credit.

We have an agreement with one of our partnered hotels (Fairfield Inn & Suites Boise West by Marriott) that if 15 guests book rooms – a free shuttle will be provided to and from the venue!
This hotel is not directly downtown but is roughly 13 minutes from the venue with free parking and lower nightly rates.
